Abstract:Labor control in the employment of Intemet platforms compared with traditional industries, has undergone new changes. Taking thetakeaway industry as an example, the platform takes controls on workers mainly through two approaches; institutional control composed of a nestedincentive system and technical control composed of a closed-loop monitoring system. The former is a complex and changeable labor compensationsystem composed of wages, rewards and various preconditions, which allows ridker-deliverers to become loyal and effective laborers whilst pursuinguncertain growth in income. The latter is a quadraple monitoring system jointly created by the platform, agents and consumers relying on the facerecognition system, satellite positioning system, customer scoring system and KPI assessment mechanism, which realizes all-round control of theriders"labor proeess. Whilst promoting the development of the platform ecomomy, it is necessary to correetly handle the interest relationship betweenthe capital and labor, effectively protect the rights and interests of workers, and deeply reflect on the valbe of labor.
