Given the complex international political and economic situation and the comprehensive consideration of the domestic development stage and the short- and medium-term tasks, expediting the formation of a new development paradigm with the "domestic large circulation*' as the mainstay and the domestic and international ndual circulations" mutually promoting each other is an important strategic choice made by the central government. Taking the "domestic large circulation" as the mainstay is actually to unblock its production, circulation, consumption and other links to create a competitive domestic economy, thereby improving the well-being of our citizens. To construct a better new development paradigm, this study suggests that we should expedite reforms and innovations, smooth and drive the "domestic large circulation" by expanding domestic demand, and construct a high-level open economy to promote the domestic and international *'dual circulations".
