Abstract:There are systemic differences in the coordination mode of labor relations between different countries. Whether this difference will gradually converge or continue to maintain its diversity is one of the core theoretical debates in contemporary labor relations research. According to this theme, the contemporary evolution of related theories can be roughly divided into three stages, including the theory of convergence in the 1950s and 1980s, the theory of capitalist diversity from the mid to late 1980s to around 2000, and the theory of gradual system change after 2000. The above-mentioned theoretical controversy and its historical evolution have important enlightening significance for the innovation of labor relations coordination mechanism with Chinese characteristics. Specifically, the prediction of the classification and trend of labor relations coordination modes in major developed economies in related theories, and the emphasis on complementary between political systems of other economies and labor relations systems provide an important conceptual tool for the construction of our country^ labor relations coordination mechanism.
