Currently, Our country's economy has entered a stage of high-quality development. Hence, it is necessary to build a modem economic system and revitalize the real economy. The industrial workers team, however, is an important foundation for revitalizing the real economy and supporting Chinese manufacturing and Chinese invention. Based on a survey of 12 enterprises and 6 higher vocational colleges and technical schools, the result of this study found that the current industrial workers have low professional pride, low sense of ownership, insufficient motivation to learn skills, and unclear fbcus on the meritorious service in the new era, etc. The root reasons for the above problems could be ascribed to factors of industrial workers' low social status, their low economic benefits, difficulty in upgrading their skills, and the impact of their outlook on job selection under the new business conditions. The study suggests that in response to the above problems, we should strive to create a social atmosphere of respecting labor and advocating skills. Furthermore, party committees and trade unions at all levels should give full play to their ideological and political leadership, effectively strengthening the construction of grassroots organizations, and doing a good job in grassroots unions services. In addition, all departments should make overall plans and form a joint force to improve the economic benefits of industrial workers as soon as possible. Last but not least, we should strengthen professional quality and skills education, and continuously improve the skills and quality of industrial workers.
