Abstract:Continuous optimization of the employment structure is a deserved meaning of high-quality economic and social development, and it is also an approach to achieving more adequate and higher-quality employment. The scale of employment in the service industry in our country has been increasing, and employment in the life service industry has developed rapidly. The degree of employment deviation in the service industry has remained stable and maintained at a relatively low level. The industrial structure of the service industry and the employment structure possess a good coordination basis. However, due to the lack of motivation to develop the service industry in some cities and counties, and the lack of individual employment willingness, our country's service industry employment still feces with problems of insufficient and imbalanced developments. It is necessary to further expand service industry employment from the supply side and the demand side. Hence, the following measures should be taken to improve the current situation. We should 1) further promote policy reforms and institutional innovations to transform the international employment deficit in the service industry; 2) further upgrade the service industry management system, and to effectively strengthen the construction of service industry standards, industry norms and opening up; 3) strengthen publicity and guidance, and establish new types of employment concept; 4) implement personnel training and training in the service industry; and 5) strengthen the protection of employment and entrepreneurship and effectively resolve the risk of unemployment.
