The trade union cadre team is an important component of the Party*s cadre team and an essential organizational guarantee for the party's mass work in the new era. The training of a high-quality and professional trade union cadre team is inseparable from a set of scientific and reasonable training course system for union cadres. The construction of the training curriculum system for union cadres should start from the establishment of the model of competence and quality of union cadres, and design courses corresponding to the competence and quality indicators, and then set up a complete training curriculum system for union cadres. In order to maintain the continuous operation of the program, the researchers suggest that firstly, we should raise the level of attention of the organization departments, formulating a training plan for union cadres according to the curriculum system. Secondly, we should deepen the study on the competence and quality of union cadres to clarify the training needs of different groups. Thirdly, we should accurately design the training program for union cadres to improve teaching efficiency.
