Abstract:Currently, the world is undergoing major changes unseen in the recent century, which has also brought certain risks to the harmony and stability of labor relations. The prevention and control of risks in labor relations, thus, has become particularly important. This study, using Fujian Province as a sample to summarize the experience of labor relations governance from aspects of monitoring and early warning, assistance mechanisms, linkage systems, etc., employs relevant data of rights protection of workers to analyze risks existed in labor relations governance in aspects of its main capabilities, early warning mechanisms, and information communication, etc. At last, suggestions have been put forward for the prevention and control of labor relations risks: To improve the prevention and control capabilities of labor relations governance entities; to improve the early warning mechanism for labor relations risk prevention and control; and to strengthen corporate monitoring of labor relations risk prevention and control.
