Abstract:As the Labor Contract Law involves the vital interests of hundreds of millions of workers, it attracts wide social attention, vigorously promoting the harmony and stability of traditional labor relations. At the time of the 15th-year promulgation of Labor Contract Law, this research, based on the perspectives of its practical implementation, social value, legislative attributes, and legislative purposes, reviews the exploration, implementation and promotion of the Labor Contract Law. This study believes that the Labor Contract Law is the most typical social law, and is of great significance for coordinating social forces, balancing social interests, regulating social relations, and standardizing social behaviors. Taking "single protection'* as its entry point, the Labor Contract Law has achieved a win-win dual protection. To fiirther promote the legal construction of the Labor Contract Law, the research suggests that we should objectively examine its practical value established, its academic origins formed, and the new problems it faces with, so as to realize its goals of protection of labor rights of laborers and rights and interests of civil society as well as improvement of the overall interests of society.
