Abstract:The construction of a trade union-based work system to serve employees is a sacred responsibility conferred upon trade unions in the new era, and the embodiment of the era when trade unions fulfi ll their basic duties of dedication to serve employees. It is also a path to promote the realization of decent work, comfortable work, and comprehensive development of employees. Constructing a trade union-based work system to serve employees, guided by the core ideas of General Secretary Xi Jinping on the work of the working class and trade unions, the guidelines of wholeheartedly relying on the working class, and the principle of adhering to the principles of Party leadership, centering on the workers and proceeding from reality, is characterized by systemic, hierarchical, and adjustable characteristics. Thus, the current study holds that the construction of a trade union-based work system to serve employees in the new era should fully demonstrate the value, security and motivation of the trade unionbased work system to serve employees, constantly improving the attractiveness, cohesion and combat effectiveness of trade unions organizations. In addition, trade unions organizations should accurately handle the dialectical relationship between the increase and stock of service resources, adhering to the principle of objective evaluation, promoting the normal construction, and strengthening professional construction of the workforce of trade unions cadres.
