Abstract:At present, risks of contradictions or confl icts in labor relations are increasing in China. Thus, to further strengthen the early warning of risks in labor relations is of great signifi cance in the construction of harmonious labor relations with Chinese characteristics. This study, by designing a three-level index system of early warning indicator of risks in labor relations, proposed to develop an early warning system for risks from aspects of early warning information collection, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, alarm and warning intervention, etc., and conducted research on labor relations of the sample enterprises in Fujian province to identify and analyze their risk alert situation in labor relations. The results of the study show that the risk in labor relations in Fujian province is at level 3, which is a mild alert, meaning that the yellow warning light is on. This suggests that strong measures should be taken in areas of increasing trade unions density of enterprises, increasing the success rate of labor personnel dispute mediation, and controlling the growth rate of the number of group labor dispute cases in Fujian province.
