    摘要:

    人力资源管理实践与工会实践是企业劳动关系调整最基本的方式。随着高绩效工作实践的出现 及广泛应用,高绩效工作实践与工会实践的关系得到了越来越多的关注。本研究以竞争与整合为基本视角,对 探究两者关系的研究进行了梳理。在竞争视角下,高绩效工作实践与工会实践之间存在相互竞争,并表现出一 定的替代性。在整合视角下,高绩效工作实践与工会实践二者由于相互促进、功能互补,更有可能对劳动关系 的有序运行产生协同效应。研究认为,高绩效工作实践与工会实践更可能是整合状态,更容易产生协同互补性。 在此基础上,结合中国情境,研究构建了整合视角下高绩效工作实践与工会实践产生协同作用的分析框架。

    Abstract:

    The human resource management practices and trade union practices are the basic ways of adjusting the labor relations of enterprises. With the emergence and wide applicationof high-performance work practices, the relationship between high-performance work practices and trade union practices have drawn increasing attention. This study, taking competition and integration as the basic perspectives, examines the relations of high-performance work practices and trade union practices. From the perspective of competition, there is competition between high-performance work practices and trade union practices, which exhibits a degree of substitution. From the perspective of integration, due to the mutual promotion and complementary functions of high-performance work practices and trade union practices, they have improved the probability of synergy in the orderly operation of labor relations. The study concludes that high-performance work practices and trade union practices tend to be more integrated, and are prone to synergistic complementarities. On this basis, and in combination with the Chinese context, the research constructed an analytical framework that synergizes high-performance work practices and trade union practices from the perspective of integration.
