Abstract:Currently, there is a gap in the coverage of the traditional model of trade union organizations in the face of the new industry practitioners and rural relocated workforce to carry out ideological guidance and service work. To address this issue, the Yunnan Mother's Family Service Station ( Shenzhen Station ), a permanent organization formed through the integration of the business expertise of human resources and social security departments, Communist Youth League, women's federations and other organizations to provide services to the community of Yunnan migrant workers in the Pearl River Delta, is initiated by the Yunnan Provincial Trade Unions. It is argued in this study that the working model of multiforce convergence through the construction of platforms not only effectively expands the service functions of trade union organizations, but also provides a reference program and pathway for trade union organizations to fulfi l their political responsibilities and social mission in the complex economic and social environment of the new era. To further give full play to the functions of the platform, the research suggests that the cohesion of co-builders within the platform be reduced whilst the coupling of external participants be enhanced through project-based operations.
