Abstract:It is of great signifi cance to review China's labor relations research based on the historical dimension and summarize the labor relations management experience with Chinese characteristics for guiding the construction of harmonious labor relations in China. Based on the impact of development goals at different stages on labor relations in China, this paper divides the literatures from 1949 to 2021 into fi ve stages, and conducts a visual analysis of each stage. On this basis, it reviews the research subjects from government, enterprises and workers, and combs the historical evolution of Chinese labor relations research. This study puts forward the main research propositions of Chinese labor relations in the future, such as consolidating the Communist Party of China ( CPC )'s leading position in labor relations, exploring the path of government building harmonious labor relations, and excavating the ways of corporate social responsibility fulfi llment. It also constructs the research model of labor relations in the context of China and puts forward the development direction of labor relations practice.
