Abstract:The integration of digital technology with artificial intelligence as the core and capital platforms is shaping a new labor management relationship model of "App+digital signing rights". While innovating labor methods, labor processes, and labor time in the digital era, new alienation has also emerged under the leadership of capital growth logic. Based on the perspective of Marxist labor justice, this study starts with criticizing the inequality of capitalist factory contracts, analyzing the essential characteristics of capital, and then explaining that there are also multiple contractual contradictions in the digital age capital platform that claim surplus value and infringe on the rights and interests of platform practitioners. Then dialectical analysis of our platform contract relations facing the protection of labor rights and interests. Finally, specific countermeasures are proposed from the triple logic of system, platform, and technology. Research suggests that digital labor justice is a contractual guarantee and value guide for the labor rights of capital platforms. In the new stage of development, Building a harmonious and fair platform labor relationship, it is necessary to strengthen digital labor sovereignty through national public power, regulate the power of capital platforms and algorithms, scientifically establish platform labor time standards, clearly define the identity of platform practitioners, reasonably allocate platform labor and capital interests, and build a people-oriented technological value system, thereby effectively maintaining labor justice in the digital era and promoting coordinated development of the digital economy.
