    数字化浪潮深刻地改变了劳动力市场的结构,女性劳动者不断拥抱数字技术以适应这种变化。 在此背景下,研究基于 2018 年中国劳动力动态调查数据,探究数字技术应用对女性劳动者就业质量的影响及其 作用机制。研究发现:数字技术应用会显著影响女性劳动者的就业质量,且数字技术应用的水平越高,女性劳 动者的就业质量也越高,这是由于数字技术应用会提高女性劳动者的技能水平,促进其就业转型并增强其社会 阶层认同。研究建议:应在就业培训中加入数字技术应用培训,提升女性劳动者的数字技术能力;扩展数字技 术就业场景,创造女性劳动者的数字就业机会;加大宣传社会平等观念,完善社会保障体系,提高女性劳动者 的就业保障水平。

    Abstract:

    The digital revolution has profoundly transformed the labor market structure. To adapt to this change, female workers have continuously embraced the technology. In this context, this study, based on the 2018 China Labor-force Dynamics Survey data, explores the impact and mechanism of digital technology application on the employment quality of female workers. The study findings indicate that digital technology application significantly affects the employment quality of female workers, whilst the higher the level of digital technology application, the higher the employment quality of female workers. This is because digital technology application improves the skill level of female workers, promotes their employment transformation, and enhances their social class identification. The study suggests integrating digital technology application training into employment training to enhance the digital technology capabilities of female workers. Furthermore, it also suggests that digital technology employment scenarios be expanded to create digital employment opportunities for female workers; and social equality be promoted to improve the social security system and raise the level of employment security for female workers.
