    建构中国自主的工会学知识体系,既是提炼和凝练中国工会创造性实践、促推中国工会高质量 发展的现实之需,也是向全球知识体系贡献基于中国工会实践智慧的“中国之理”的理论之需。强化学科建设 是建构中国自主的知识体系的重要抓手和有效载体。工会学学科建设有基础、有历史、有依托、有支撑,在新 时代新征程以推动一级学科建设为契机建构中国自主的工会学知识体系正逢其时,各种条件也逐渐趋向成熟。 工会学是一门理论性和实践性兼具的学科,其建构与建设的基本取向是坚持理论与实际的有机结合,坚持以问 题为导向厘清学科生长边界,坚守工会学研究的中国逻辑,提炼基于中国工会之发育和本土化发展的原创性概念范畴

    Abstract:

    Building an independent knowledge system of trade union studies is not only a practical requirement for extracting and crystallizing the creative practices of China's trade unions and promoting its high-quality development, but also a theoretical demand for contributing the "Chinese Theory" based on practices of China's trade unions to the global knowledge system. Strengthening the construction of disciplines is an important lever and effective carrier for constructing an independent knowledge system in China. The discipline of trade union studies has a foundation, history, support, and basis for support. As different prerequisites progressively mature, it is time to construct an independent knowledge system of trade union studies based on the opportunity of promoting the construction of the first-level discipline of trade union studies in the new era. Trade union studies is both a theoretical and practical discipline, whilst its basic orientation is to maintain an organic combination of theory and practice, adhere to problem-oriented research to clarify the growth boundaries of the discipline, adhere to the Chinese logic of trade union studies, and extract original conceptual categories based on the development and localization of China’s trade unions.
