    摘要:

    新中国成立后,随着东北地区大城市和大工厂的全面接管,制定一套符合“按劳取酬”原则的工资制度便成为中国共产党的一个重要课题。为此,中国共产党率先在东北地区工人工资改革领域进行了“按劳取酬”的探索。通过对工人工资制度的调整,在工资等级制度方面,实现了由多级制向八级工资制的转变;在工资形式方面,逐步从计时制过渡到计件制;在奖励工资制方面,则实行了以生产为指标的单项奖制度。这些探索逐步使工人的个人经济收益与其劳动能力及劳动付出直接挂钩,为全国范围内实行“按劳取酬”的工资制度积累了经验。回顾与梳理这场改革,能够为当今职工工资的调整与完善,更好地发展中国特色社会主义分配制度,提供有益的启发。

    Abstract:

    After the founding of new China, with the comprehensive takeover of big cities and factories in northeast China, it has become an important subject for the Communist Party of China to formulate a set of salary system in accordance with the principle of "pay according to work". Therefore, northeast China took the lead in the field of wage reform of workers to explore "pay according to work". Through the adjustment of workers" salary system, the salary grade system has been transformed from multi-level system to eight-level system. In the form of wages, gradually from the hourly system to the piecework system; In the respect of the reward salary system, a single prize system with production as the index was implemented. Reviewing and sorting out this reform can provide beneficial inspiration for the adjustment and perfection of current workers" wages and the better development of the socialist "pay according to work" wage system with Chinese characteristics.
